  1. Log in to your WordPress admin (yoursite.com/wp-admin).
  2. Go to Appearance → Theme File Editor, or install the free 'WPCode' plugin (recommended — safer).
  3. In WPCode: Code Snippets → Add New → 'Add Your Custom Code (New Snippet)'.
  4. Paste the snippet, set Code Type to 'HTML Snippet', and Location to 'Site Wide Footer'.
  5. Toggle Active and click Save Snippet. Reload your site — the chat bubble appears bottom-right.

Heads up

  • Free WordPress.com sites don't allow custom scripts. You need a Business plan or higher, or a self-hosted .org install.
