5-Minute Closer is a SaaS platform that lets businesses deploy AI sales closers on their websites. "We", "us", and "5-Minute Closer" refer to MM Publishing Inc. If you contact one of our customers' AI closers, that customer is the controller of your data; we process it on their behalf.

• Account data: name, email, company, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Lead data: name, email, company, and language a visitor provides to start a call.
• Call data: transcripts, durations, AI-generated qualification scores, and metadata.
• Knowledge base content: files and text you upload to train your agent.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser metadata.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.

• Operate the platform, route calls, and deliver agent responses.
• Display leads, transcripts, and analytics in your dashboard.
• Bill your subscription and enforce usage limits.
• Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
• Send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails.

We rely on a small set of third-party services to run Georgina: our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), our AI model gateway, our voice/avatar streaming provider, and our payment processor. Each is bound by their own data-processing terms. A current list is available on request.

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session state, and lightweight analytics to understand which features are used. We do not sell personal information.

Account and lead data is retained while your subscription is active. You can export or delete leads and transcripts from the dashboard at any time. On account closure, data is deleted within 30 days except where law requires longer retention.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@georgina.ai.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and isolated tenant data via row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to security@georgina.ai.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
