Terms of Service

5-Minute Closer provides AI sales closers that can be embedded on your website to qualify leads, answer questions, and book or close calls. Functionality depends on your subscription tier and the knowledge base content you supply.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Usage limits (monthly talk-time minutes, agents, etc.) are defined by your plan.
• Overages may incur top-up charges as disclosed at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until period end.

You agree not to use Georgina to:

• Violate laws, infringe IP rights, or send spam.
• Misrepresent the AI as a human in jurisdictions that prohibit it.
• Upload content you don't have rights to, or content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service or circumvent usage limits.
• Resell the service without written permission.

You retain ownership of the knowledge base content, branding, and lead data you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you.

AI agents can produce inaccurate or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing agent behavior, configuring your knowledge base, and complying with applicable disclosure laws when communicating with prospects.

Georgina integrates with third-party services (voice/avatar streaming, AI models, payment processing, optional CRM connectors). Your use of those features is also subject to the third party's terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive use. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MM Publishing Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
