How It Works — For Your Visitor
- Visitor clicks the Georgina button on your site.
- Enters name, email, and what they're looking for (takes seconds).
- Grants mic and camera, sees a quick preview, and the call begins.
- Talks to Georgina face-to-face — asks anything, gets answers grounded in your knowledge base.
- At the end, Georgina books the meeting, sends them to checkout, or saves the lead for follow-up.

What you put here is what Georgina knows. Treat it like training a new sales hire.
What to include
- What you sell, in plain language, and who it's for.
- Pricing, packages, guarantees, refund policy.
- The top 10–20 questions prospects ask, with answers.
- Common objections ("too expensive", "I need to think", "I'll talk to my partner") and the best response to each.
- What happens after they buy — onboarding, delivery, support.
- Anything you would not want a new salesperson to get wrong.
Best practices
- Write the way you'd explain it to a friend. Skip jargon.
- Update it whenever your offer changes — changes take effect right away.
- If the knowledge base is thin, Georgina will say so and take a message instead of guessing.
Agent Personas
Pick a persona that matches your brand voice. You can customize the name, tone, languages spoken, and the opening line. Personas are starting points — your knowledge base is what makes the agent actually useful.
Calls, Transcripts & Favorites
- Every conversation is saved with a transcript, duration, and summary.
- Your dashboard keeps the most recent 500 calls automatically.
- Star (favorite) any call you want to keep forever — favorited calls are never auto-removed.
- Browse calls in pages of 25 with a dedicated Favorites tab.
Callbacks & Leads
- If a visitor leaves before finishing, they go into the callback queue with the context they shared.
- Callbacks respect a calling-window setting so contacts aren't reached outside reasonable hours.
- Contacts on your Do-Not-Contact list are automatically blocked from the callback queue.
- Duplicate leads (same email or phone within a short window) are merged, not double-contacted.
CRM & Integrations
Georgina plugs into the tools you already use — it does not replace them.
- Calendar: Calendly and Google Calendar for live booking during the call.
- CRM & automations: GoHighLevel and Zapier for sending leads and firing your sequences.
- No CRM connected? Leads are still captured in your Georgina dashboard — nothing is lost.
- Disconnect a tool mid-conversation and the call continues normally; the lead is still saved.
Messaging Policy — Important
Georgina does not send text messages. Ever.
- Georgina does NOT send SMS or text messages to anyone.
- Georgina does NOT send emails to anyone.
- Georgina does NOT place outbound phone calls to contacts.
- Georgina only speaks with visitors who start a session themselves on a site where the widget is installed.
What Georgina can do
Georgina can hand a lead off to your CRM and trigger a sequence you already built there. If that sequence sends an SMS or email, your CRM sends it — under your sender ID, your consent records, and your compliance posture. Georgina is the trigger; your tools are the sender.
Your responsibility
Any outbound messaging from your connected CRM is governed by the rules that apply to your business and region (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC, etc.). You own the consent and the sending relationship; Georgina never substitutes for that.
Data, Privacy & Retention
- Stored: lead contact info, transcripts, summaries, durations, and any tags or favorites you add.
- Not stored: raw audio or video from the live call — only the transcript and metadata.
- Each account's data is isolated. We never share one customer's leads or transcripts with another.
- You can delete a lead, a call, or your entire account at any time from the dashboard.
Billing & Plans
- Plans are tiered by total monthly talk-time minutes.
- If you hit your monthly cap, new sessions get a polite "we'll follow up" message and the lead is saved. Calls already in progress finish normally.
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing page. No long-term contracts.
Setup Checklist (≈5 minutes)
- 1. Create your account.
- 2. Choose a persona and give your agent a name.
- 3. Paste your offer, pricing, FAQs, and objection answers into the knowledge base.
- 4. (Optional) Connect your calendar and CRM.
- 5. Copy the one-line snippet from the Install page and paste it into your site's footer.
- 6. Open your site and test a call yourself before sending traffic.
Troubleshooting
Visitor's mic or camera won't work
Georgina falls back to a text-only mode automatically. The conversation continues and the lead is still captured.
Agent answers feel generic
Add more detail to your knowledge base — especially objection answers and pricing nuance. Updates take effect on the next call.
Widget not appearing on the site
Check that the snippet is in your site's HTML and not inside a sandboxed iframe. Hard-refresh the page after pasting.
A call doesn't appear in the dashboard
Calls show up within a minute of ending. If one is missing after that, check that your account is active and your minutes cap isn't exhausted.
FAQ
What languages does Georgina speak?
Several major languages out of the box. The agent confirms preferred language at the start of the call if it's ambiguous.
Can Georgina replace my sales team?
Georgina replaces the part of the funnel where a curious visitor wants answers right now and there's no human available. It runs the discovery, pitch, and booking. Many customers still hand off high-ticket closes to a human.
What happens if my knowledge base is empty?
Georgina will say so, take the visitor's contact info, and queue a callback. It will not make up answers.
Can visitors opt out of being recorded?
Yes. They can end the call at any time, and you can delete any transcript from the dashboard.
Which browsers are supported?
All current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on desktop and mobile.
